Domestic shipments (within Tamilnadu) take 1-7 business days to deliver whereas Domestic shipments for the rest of the states will take 2-14 business days to deliver.
For international shipments, it takes 5-15 business days for delivery.

Shipping charges for Tamilnadu and Pondicherry is Rs. 50 per product.

We dont accept Returns/Exchange for the following reasons, Slight variations in Color, Personal satisfactions & the feel of the material. Each and every sarees of Nira are woven by a qualified weaver. Our quality control team makes sure that all the sarees are checked for defects thoroughly before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a saree with defects/damages, you can contact us by whatsapp in 9566975975 for an exchange in the same day of the delivery. No refunds. We will process the exchange of the saree as soon as we can. In order to be eligible for the exchange, make sure that the following conditions are met:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The product wasn’t used or damaged
• The product must include original tags (if applicable)
• Unboxing videos have to be taken without any pauses/edits. This will be helpful to process the exchange without any confusion.
• You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed. You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
